The massage was great. She did a lot of deep tissue pressure massage and really helped relax some of my muscles. The adjustment was great. It had been 2+ years since my last adjustment and I'm pretty certain every single thing in my back and neck was screaming "finally!" He said it would gradually get better and I'd be able to return to normal activities within a few days (this was on Friday).
