People- this place is not like other spas with the nice flavored waters and trail mix while you lounge in a robe to be called back. The VA has turned down my authorization for care here, and alot of other VETS, because of their asinine ideas. I come here on my own now through my personal insurance as I know I get the care I need. The adjustments to my neck and back helps me make it through rough times. Combined with the deep tissue massage helps me dramaticlly.
