I'm kicking myself for having not tried this place earlier. The prices are good and the food is delicious. It tastes like a home-cooked meal! I haven't been getting enough protein in my diet for a while, which has left me drained. Hitting my macros seemed intimidating. I thought I'd have to eat an unmanageable amount of food but the portions here are easy to eat and they are high in protein. Just two of their prepped meals hit my protein goal for the day. They also have plant-based options for those who don't eat meat or are flexitarian. So far I've only tried their pre-prepped meals. I'm looking forward to going back and getting protein pancakes for breakfast and trying their other goodies. To think I've spent double or triple for restaurant food elsewhere that didn't even meet my nutritional needs makes me want to facepalm lol. I consider myself lucky to have this establishment in my area. For any fitness enthusiasts or people who just want to buy outside food that is tasty and good for them, I highly recommend this place. It's a quiet little spot with one register, which is all that it needed since most orders are for pickup. I ordered the PB & Banana Protein Shake & it took about 3 minutes for it to be ready & 6 minutes for the burrito to be ready. The shake has a good consistency to it & you can taste the banana & PB all throughout each sip. Delicious in my opinion & will try the Horchata shake if it's still being offered next time. The burrito was wrapped in a wheat tortilla & it had cheese, rice, ground beef, & avocado. The bag had napkins & sriracha in it. I definitely recommend this burrito as it is indeed filling & delicious. Every bite is mouth watering & the sriracha gives it an even tastier boost. If you have the chance I would recommend at least trying this place out once. Parking isn't always the best but if you street park next to the place it's easier. I'm a fan! I live down the street from this location and have been using them for lunch and also have ordered meal prep from them. I have tried their steak protein burritos, their meal prep options and the pineapple protein shake. The protein steak burrito is my go to when I don't feel like cooking or ran out of my prep. It has brown rice, avocados, tomato, black bean and cheese on a wheat tortilla. It's a nice size as well. If I'm starving, I can have the entire thing. But mostly I split it in half and have the rest later. Super delicious! The meal prep is also good. I've tried their ''Stay Fit'' meal prep and their ''Muscle and Strength". Both reallllllllly good. They serve good portions and the flavor is amazing. Definitely worth the money. It takes them about a day so you can't order and get your meal prep that day. 10/10 recommend. read more

I love this place! The meal prep meals are healthy, fresh, cost effective and fit the bill for Keto (and other diet) macros. Oh, yes, they are delicious, too! I make minor changes to the standard meals (I don't like their zucchini noodles or Siracha mayo - just personal preference) and they accommodate my requests without issue. I have picked up various meals out of their refrigerator when I'm in the area and have purchased some keto dessert items when I am picking up my order. I appreciate this place so much because it helps keep me on track to my goals. I usually get the 4oz stay fit meal preps and they're super filling and low calories! I've also tried their Keto meal preps when I was trying a low carb and it honestly helped me slowly get into ketosis, however, I quit that because I love carbs and hate cauliflower rice. I'm so happy this place opened up in my neighborhood. The owner Arnold as well as his wife Katie are frequently in the store, if you ever have an issue it can be easily addressed. I frequently see Katie and Jackie working. They are nothing short of wonderful!! All the food made in store is great! My go-tos are the fit burger and pineapple chicken sandwich. They also have a grab and go section with macros listed for each meal. My favorite thing about this place is their meal prep services! The in-store menu is small, but there are several options for the meal prep plans. The prices are VERY reasonable, and you can customize your meals to your liking. Macros are listed for all meals in store, meal preps, and grab/go. My husband and I are in here at least 3x a week, it's worth it when you're eating clean! THE ONLY DOWN SIDE: parking SUCKS! But that's not their fault, they have been doing construction for what seems like ages in a significant portion of the parking lot. You may have to park on or across the street. read more

First time trying this place, we got a protein burrito w no turkey and a PB banana shake. Took a bite and it was so bland that I didn't want anymore of it. Second time, got the protein burrito again but w tofu and a strawberry almond shake. Again, the burrito was ok, the only tasty part was where the guacamole was. The potatoes inside the burrito was just too big for that size of a burrito. I suggest slicing them in half again. The shake both times... well that was pretty bland too and had this weird sweetness. I expected a shake, not a smoothie. It was very icy. Also, I feel that they used stevia or some type of sugar substitute bc that sweetness is awful.
