I had 2 local companies come to provide an estimate for my broken AC unit. Both said the unit was not repairable, and I needed a new unit. The quote to replace was $8k+. I've used Dana for other handy work around the unit in the past. He said he can take a look at it. He was able to fix the AC unit with a new starter kit and fan motor. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of a client's call. I have used Dana's services in the past. He completed multiple repairs. I trusted him and paid him what he had asked for. There were no issues in which I would not want to work with him again in the future. Therefore as a returning, loyal client, I thought calling him for another job would at least have my calls returned. Last year I called him for a plumbing issue and he never returned my call. I gathered he was busy and brushed it off and called another handyman. Again recently, I had another plumbing issue at the house and called him three times. He has yet to return my call or email. Their service was great! I called for washer drain tray placement and Dana came exactly On time on same day with his assistant. They were wearing shoe covers to keep carpet clean. They did fabulous job, clean and neat and it took only less than 20 minutes to finish the entire job. We recently had Dana do a wide variety of work for us and it was all done expertly. We had drywall, tile, and baseboard work and it was perfect. The Tile Setter, Caesar, laid a diamond pattern and I was amazed at the finished product. Each tile was even and the lines were aligned perfectly. I did tile for a while and I don't think I could have done as good. As for the drywall work, you can't even tell where the repairs were. Once we painted it, it looked like new.
