The DELAYS here are TOTALLY UNREASONABLE as I had to wait 3 weeks to clean 3 outdoor pads cover and after 1 month the "owner" Adam (not even sure he is) couldn't even provide me with a timeframe to get my outdoor cushions redone with alteration!!! These people are or on holiday or don't wanna work!! They also asked me to go myself to downtown to get the fabric and do their job because they are too lazy to do so!!! Adam said "oh she already went 2 weeks ago we don't know when she'll go back we don't have a time frame for you" so I had to follow up constantly with Adam to get updated and even when he had updates he was keeping me posted!! Never tell them you are not in a rush because they will take FULL ADVANTAGE of it and will just completely forget about you!! A SHAME! I was a long term customer but they take 1 freaking week to reach out to 1 person on the phone like it was a super complicated thing to do!!! Don't waste your time, not worth it. Bad work ethic, ridiculous delays. Adam also never apologized for the inconvenience he caused with just not knowing if the delay would take 3 other weeks or 6 months! Instead of pushing and managing his employees he ask the customers to do their job!!! Also after being rude and insolent with such attitude with me please see in the screenshots below how patient I have been but after 1 month yes client loose patience therefore your business looses its clientele. NOT WORTH IT save your time money and energy and go ELSEWHERE!
