We were able to drop off the truck, get Don the insurance information he needed, and jump into a loaner car so we could be back on our way to the lake. While we were enjoying our fishing trip, Don and his crew worked quickly to get the truck repaired and ready to go for us. We were able to make arrangements to pick the truck up Saturday 6/3/17, on our way back home. The truck looked great and we made it back to Omaha without a hitch. Once they found out I may not have the work done by them they did everything they could not to do the estimate. I let the person know that I was local but the damage was done out of state. Told him my insurance company had told me that I could send in there estimated repair in. And with that they would send me the check and I could have the work done and pay the shop myself. They seemed upset that I was to act as a middle man. Seems like a shady way of doing business. Stay away at all cost.

He also repaired paint damage on my front bumper. Incredible attention to detail, the shop is spotless, the staff are friendly and helpful. When I picked up my van, it had been detailed and smelled better than brand new - I was shocked and so appreciative. Because I was without my vehicle for an extended period of time, no fault of his (the dealership didn't have one for me), he provided me with a loaner. We tried to tell her thing she could maybe do to try and fix it but with no real way to fix it from miles away, she said there is 1 shop still open in town, 5:45 on a Friday, I am going to see if they can help. Well this mom is soooo happy they could! They got her window back up and unhooked the window button so she couldn't hit by accident over the weekend (when they were not open). Also, 15 year old cars break. The repair shop is in no way responsible for a 15 year old car breaking. Think about it. The automotive repair service is challenging enough without folks running their cars ragged for 15 years and expecting the shop to take the heat for it.
