I have been working very hard on getting my credit score to a good standing spot! I wanted to be in a position where I could put in for an auto loan and actually be approved and get the car of my dreams! Well On December 4th at 8 am I decided to try to call Kruse Motors as I knew from the website and all of the ratings it would be the greatest place to try. I was greeted with the sweetest Hello from Krystal Senske, She was so nice, friendly, thoughtful and helped me in every way possible through every step of my process to try to get a car loan. I walked into this situation with a pre-approval for a 2017 Ford Escape (with a lot of miles, not the opportune buy) thankfully I was not able to get financing for that one. Krystal called me and texted me all along the way so that I knew of everything that was going on every step of the way. She needed more information or more questions answered I would get her the information that she requested right away. Finally it was about 5:51 pm she called and said Miss Jackie; I have some good news and some bad news! I was like ok what's up? she said I couldn't get the financing for the Ford Escape that you wanted but I could get you financed for a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. I was more then happy to be approved for anything as I had no vehicle whatsoever! So She stated that she could meet us in that am after a meeting she had to pick us up to see the van and be sure that it was what I wanted!! On December 5th I woke up at exactly 8 am Krystal called me and said Good Morning Miss Jackie!! I am going to have Uncle Tom come get you he should be there around 10:30-10:45 ok? I said absolutely I cant wait to meet you! I am so thankful and so excited! Exactly at 10:30 Uncle Tom was there and greeted us with pleasant conversation and a very friendly ride to the dealership! I would recommend Kruse Motors to my friends, my family anyone who is looking for friendly, family orientated, caring, amazing and incredible people!. Uncle Tom told me one thing that stood out! the best thing to do, is to do the right thing first so as not to have to fix a mistake! So I get to the dealership and I am greeted by Krystal and she gave the most beautiful warm loving hug! she was personable, empathetic, amazing and just a complete delight. I sit down and she said to me there has been a change of plans. I was so confused as I went there looking for this van. On the table set a special Chevrolet key, she said as you can see I have sitting on the desk in front of me a special key that has a chevy emblem on it not a dodge, She continued to explain that when she had tried to start the van and bring it to the front for me there was an more damage to the tailgate and there was no way she would sell me that! so she made sure that my finance company would cover the cost of this new car for me and even made sure the cars price was set low enough to be in my budget range! I instantly cried, never and I mean never have I ever had someone go so far out to make sure that I was ok and on top of that the truth is I wanted a suv, I wanted a 4x4, I wanted low miles, I wanted reliable, I wanted safe, this vehicle I couldn't have even pulled from my dreams! Its more then I ever wanted, its more then I ever imagined! today I had more then angels watching out for me!! I Will do all my business with Kruse Motors, I will always keep in contact with Krystal as she made a forever friend! and Uncle Tom ( he has more family lol ) What an amazing experience! How can you even put into words the feelings and emotions and everything that you go through when you actually buy your first ever car! I signed all my papers today, as I drove away I had to fight the tears that wanted to stream from my eyes! I have never felt happiness like that. read more

Falsified car title, dared to ask me to come in and forge my partners signature in order to get my license plates. They have had my plates for but couldn't be bothered to call and say they were holding onto them because of them messing up on the paperwork. Could have had everything worked out before my temporary plate expired but of course they left it up to me to contact them and then to find out just how much of a mess they have made of this sale. Now they expect me to take time out of my day to correct their problem. read more

100000% do not recommend! They tried to get by with putting a cheaper bumper on before selling us our van. Not wanting to claim fault. Didn't want to sign a contract for them to fix it, since "they call the shots even with a contract". I owned my van for 21 days and had it less than a week in my possession. I was yelled at, lied to, and laughed at! I was told I was "costing them money". I drove around with 10lbs if air in a no flat tire until my husband looked at it, because while signing papers they suddenly didn't have time to look at it! In the end the tire and bumper were fixed. Items were stolen from my vehicle while in the shop. I will never set foot in Kruse Motors again! They treat their sales customers like absolute trash! read more

I would never consider doing business with these people. The sales team was attentive and professional and we received excellent care from them. We bought two vehicles from them. The problem is that once something went terribly wrong with one of the cars the management did everything they could to put the problem off, lay blame, and find the cheapest way out instead of simply doing the right thing in the first place. They ended up putting my daughter in danger trying to cut costs. I suggest you put NO faith in this company. There are other Ford dealerships around. read more
