Mr. V's gave me a couple options, the like new options the others offered up and also a way that would keep it intact and look pretty good without requiring me to empty my savings account. I took them up on their offer and it turned out great. Since then they have fixed a seat bracket for me, repaired a chipped windshield, and a few others minor repairs. Once I find a place with good service, good prices, and staff that really know what they are doing, I stick with them.

Cody's team and Sheriff got my family of 7 and 2 dogs safely to motel in Brookings and made sure we had a room before taking off. Cody kept in contact with me every step of the way and we live in Florida. When the repairs got to more Mercedes specific he got my Sprinter to Sioux Falls for them to finish off computer programing. The company towed my daughter when she got stranded in Brookings, SD. The transaction was fine, and…read morethey brought her to the business that fixed the flat tire she had. However, we tried to submit to roadside service to get reimbursed for our costs for the tow, and we needed an original copy. The owner (I believe he was the owner) refused to provide us with an original because he had already emailed a copy and had thrown away the carbon copy. Ford roadside assistance won't accept an emailed copy. He did explain the reason for not being able to write up another copy for us - the auditors would consider it two transactions. Do local businesses get audited? Regardless, the owner was exceptionally rude to my daughter and to me. He told me, 'Get a different insurance.' It's not our insurance at all - it's Ford roadside assistance. He didn't care and made no attempt to work with me. I would not recommend people using this service.
