Thank you so much for telling me that I needed to call someone else, it worked out for the best for me. Called another company, they came out the next day, and had the problem diagnosed in less than 10 minutes. Turns out that split units have and indoor and outdoor units, who knew?!? Apparently not Penn and Son because they never checked the outside unit and that's where the problem was. Telling customers to go somewhere else isn't good business.

Hard to call it a nursery. Anyway, we got an expensive tree and paid to have it planted. Seven months later it was dead. This business was nasty about replacing it but finally did so with yet ANOTHER planting FEE. Again, within seven months, we had amongst all of our very green healthy plants and trees a large DEAD BROWN tree. I called them to have it replaced and they said, again, in nasty rude tones, that they wouldn't and It wasn't their policy to replace a poor product a second time. They said we must have bugs. Thing is, none of the other plants or trees in our yard know there are bugs and are healthy and happy. If we have bugs, they came with the tree we bought. WE ARE NOW OUT $240. I've taken pictures of the tree with all the healthy vegetation around it. I've also taken a video which will be posted on YOU TUBE. I am now going to cut this very dead brown tree down, mount it upright in my truck bed with a banner explaining where anyone who wants, can buy this sort of product with this sort of non warranty.

I asked when I should call back and she said (a bit short) "don't, we will call you when we come up with a quote." It is now a week later and the metal was built by another Murray contractor.. My neighbor needed the help. I am not trying to do or take any work from local contractors. I'd still use you guys, but a neutral rating is more appropriate. I didn't have to use these guys to fix my air conditioner, but I stopped into their office because they have a sheet metal shop and I needed some metal built.. I don't remember the gentleman that I spoke to, but he ended up giving me some material that doesn't cost a lot of money, but was invaluable to me. It was a very kind thing to do, and he didn't have to do it Thank you, guys If I ever need HVAC work done, I would definitely call these guys first.
