I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Alberto. If you value your time, money, and sanity,…read moredo yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. From the very beginning, their communication was abysmal. He rarely answered calls or emails, leaving us completely in the dark about the progress of our project. The quality of their work was shockingly poor. Walls were uneven, paint was sloppy, and they made countless errors that required expensive fixes. It was clear they lacked the necessary skills and experience. Their workers were consistently late, and on several occasions, they didn't show up at all, causing significant delays. To make matters worse, they went way over budget without any prior warning or explanation. When we questioned the additional charges, they became defensive and rude. Their lack of professionalism and respect was astounding. All of the good reviews are made up. !!!!!!!!!!!!!AVOID ALBERTO AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gil's team replaced and re-tiled the bathroom floor, removed the tub and put in a wonderful new shower with a marble bench and grab bar. We were happy to be able to keep the existing cabinetry and wall tile. Outside, Gil's teams put on a new roof, removed and reinstalled a skylight window to address leakage, and repaired two places where the roof was leaking. Gil's carpenter replaced the decking on our rear deck and our side porch. All new steps were built. The front porch decking was painted and new steps were built. The entire house was power washed and the gutters were cleaned. Leakage damage in the kitchen was repaired and the kitchen was painted. Every task was completed quickly and expertly. Gil is honest and very easy to work with. All work was completely quickly and without problem. I highly recommend Gil and Goias Home Improvement.

Seven Wonders worked on the extensive trim on the outside of our house. Their work was amazingly thorough, going well beyond my expectations. The workers all have tremendous pride in their work and go out of their way to do what is right, rather than what is fast. Over the course of the week and a half long project we got to see several crews and all did great work. The workers cleaned up the entire site each evening. Overall I could not be more satisfied with their work and I'm proud of how nice my house looks now.

We decided to use National for our downstairs bathroom and once again they did a fantastic job. They were right on time and finished ahead of schedule. I called the office last year in August and asked if I could have someone come by and replace eight (8) of the windows and I have yet to hear back from the company. The entire second floor structure was up and closed to the elements in about 9 days. Naturally the rest of the job went slower as the work became more involved with the plumbing, interior appliances, lighting, etc., but they were here everyday from beginning to end and the job went smoothly and and quickly, totaling 7 months. Weather never stopped them from working. The most important thing id like to mention is that Tom doesn't finish and disappear. It's been 4 years now since the job was complete and Tom still picks up the phone to help out with the house. I just had a minor electrical problem and called Tom because he would remember how things were wired. Another electrician wouldn't, and would have probably had to open up some sheetrock to figure things out. Tom spent almost 3 hours troubleshooting the issue and was able to figure it out without opening up the walls. Because the house is 30 ft high now, we lost some siding after some bad storms. Tom was here in two days or less to repair it with siding i kept after the job. He wouldn't take any money. He just said to tip his workers if i didn't mind. Mind? Pffft. Tom is a great guy you can trust and won't leave you on your own after the job.

I needed the…read moresteel lintels on my doors, garage door and windows replaced and the bricks over the lintels replaced. I also wanted the air conditioner sleeves removed from the brick face and the bricks infilled to match the existing brick face. John, the owner, worked with me to do the job in the manner I requested. For the four built-in air conditioner wall sleeve units to be removed I wanted all the half bricks adjacent to the window sleeves replaced as I did not want to leave "scars" on the brick face where the sleeves used to exist. John went out of his way to source bricks that matched the multicolored bricks used in my home that was built some 65 years ago going to several masonry suppliers to source bricks that best matched. The results were just what I requested and envisioned. The company also repaired two balconies and replaced broken and cracked bricks throughout my home. The work was very professional and John's crew was very respectful of my home. The price for all the work was very reasonable and there were no surprises regarding the contract price we agreed upon for the job. Also, John kept me informed of progress and issues in a timely manner and was receptive to any questions I had regarding the work. I was informed of the quality and brand names of the materials to be used, especially for the bonding of new concrete that was applied to existing concrete and the stainless steel mesh used in the repair of the concrete patios. Each day, before leaving at the end of the day, the crew cleaned up the job site and left the area broom swept. The work was done to a very high professional standard and because of this my neighbor is using Capital Home Improvement and Home Design to remove their air conditioner window sleeves and infill with brick - the same as done on my home. John informed me of the start day for the work on my home and continued the work until the job was completed. When the rainy weather did not allow work to continue, John offered, at my option, to work on Saturday and Sunday at no additional charge. I accepted and we were able to use those sunny weekend days to keep the job on schedule. John went over the working hours with me before starting the job. Each day the crew arrived on time and worked until the end of the day. I observed that the crew worked safely and diligently. You could tell that the entire crew knows their craft and that they worked well together. I found Capital Home Improvement and Home Design when they were working on two neighbors homes replacing stairs that led to the second floor and that had the first floor entrance within the steps. I saw that they did a great job matching the bricks and that the work was neat and professional. I also saw that they made sure the portion of the steps that included the first floor entry was professionally waterproofed to ensure no water infiltrated into the first floor entryway. I was very impressed and I chose this company because of the work I saw that they did for my neighbors. I can recommend Capital Home Improvement and Home Design without reservation. They are an honest professional company that does what they say they will do, cares about their reputation and wants to ensure their customers are satisfied. I highly recommend this company for your masonry lintel and brick replacement.
