When the items were not there I asked where they were located and was told the owner had taken many items back. This was the definition "bait and switch" and false advertising. The complete lack of recognition by the employees that customers were there because of the sale advertised photos was completely appalling. This company and its owner Catherine Baron suck.

The owner gave me some great rug care tips and told me if I follow his instructions I would probably only have to bring it in every 5 years unless it's used in a high tread area, in which case bring it in every two years. It looks so beautiful that I'll definitely be taking better care of it! If you have a rug you need to bring back to life, this is the place to go!
