THEY ARE ALL RUINED. it is clear they were rolled up and sealed in plastic while they were still wet. the colors are yellowed, the white borders are an ugly yellow, and the pale colors are now muddy. these rugs have been cleaned many times in the past and i have never had poor results. this was not only a waste of $2500 but now i have $18,000 worth of ruined rugs. shame on nessa rugs!

I saw they had a neon sign (albeit it was off) with countries and conversion rates, as you'd see at say the airport. However, they do NOT do foreign currency anymore. They were friendly, and I can't blame the people working there but having that sign still in their store made me a happy then very sad panda.
