I had about 6 hours to spend in the airport so my sister and I decided to stop in the restaurant to have a nice lunch. We both ordered a beer, the Irish Red and fish and chips. We also ordered onion rings. I wasn't sure if I would like the beer but the staff had no problem letting me try it before I bought it to make sure I would like it. It was actually really good and the best part of the meal. I love fish and chips. I love a nice fish fillet coated in a tasty batter and deep fried until it's crisp. Well that is not what you get at Murphy's. Instead you will receive ground up fish in a breading (that you can not differentiate the fish from the breading) and they are soggy because they are baked! Seriously!! The problems with this fish and chips are endless and really? served with Mayo only? Where is vinegar or even tartar sauce? It was just wrong. The fries, baked too. Just gross. So that leaves the onion rings. The picture looked great! Well, they were not. Baked too!!! They were overdone on one side and soggy on the other. Just awful. The prices are high. For these prices I would have expected a decent meal. Instead it was disgusting and a sorry excuse for a decent meal. The only upside was the staff was nice and the beer good. Other than that this place just sucks!!!!!! Read the review and trust your fellow yelpers. Avoid this place. Do not waste your money.

You know how sometimes you just want a quiet drink, maybe you want to catch up with some of your…read morefriends news and just sit back and relax? This is most definitely not a place for that kind of an evening! You might not even find a seat lad! The Dubliner is a loud and raucous pub, usually with some live music going on. Stuff you can have a good sing along to. It's generally busybut I've never seen it so unpleasantly packed that I couldn't cope with it. I generally prefer a place where I can hear myself thinkbut for a certain kind of an eveningthis place does hit the right notes, which is why I rate it highly. Drinkswise they have the usual Irish pub options (that I hear taste twice as good in Ireland) and I think they do food tooalthough I would recommend getting your eating done earlier on in the nights proceedingssome black pepper tends to go better with your meal than blaring music and people dancing. On my last visit they also had a particular waitress who was cute as a button!

This place has a nice vibe. I was surprised they were watching American football. A good place to…read morego with friends to mingle. But if you're going to this place you better eat before that. We waited an hr for lamb pot roast and fish and chips; which I wouldn't mind if the food was the best thing I ever had which in this case it wasn't. The lamb was dry, the fish to greasy. It was more butter in the fish than the fish itself. Plus $20 per plate not worth it.
