However, the vacuum is reserved for after a car wash; one cannot pull in and vacuum their car out and potentially leave without paying for this use. So, after going through the wash, you're more than welcome to use a station to vacuum your vehicle out.

Called this service and waited over 2.5hrs only to have tow truck arrive then express that his tow truck is malfunctioning. He expressed earlier that he'd been out in Dauphin island servicing cars, and that he needed to go home and change clothes. What a Terrible Inconvenience!!!! (for us both) Very Unprofessional, as a simple call would have allowed me a bigger window to get my car serviced before they close. It is now 4pm. They close at 6pm.
