It's rare to drive up and find a pump out order. Lastly, drive with caution around this location. I followed up again on June 18, June 22, June 29, and July 7. It has now been 9 weeks and 2 days--more than two months--and Firestone management still has not contacted me. That is five separate attempts to have my concerns acknowledged, with no meaningful response, explanation, or effort to resolve the problem. The original poor service was frustrating, but management's continued failure to respond has made the experience even worse. This complete lack of follow-through, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable. Based on both the original service and how my complaint has been handled, I cannot recommend this Firestone location.
