I was having difficulty with the compressor attachment, so after about 10 minutes of struggling, I went inside. One of the QT employees took a 10 minute off-the-clock break to come out and help me. Unfortunately he determined that the air gauge was not operational (missing a pin - I had no idea it needed one) so he immediately took it out of service. I really appreciated his willingness to take an unpaid break to help me stop making a bad situation worse (every time I checked my tire pressure while trying to fill it I was actually releasing more air!! GAAAAH!) I do regret that he did not get paid for rendering outstanding customer service, so all I can do is write my review here, commend him to management, and tell my story. 5 extremely helpful and kind stars ETA: Since their equipment was broken and I didn't want to use the air at the 18-wheeler bays (ultra high pressure air, very easy to damage your tire) I left to go to a nearly Love's. One random Saturday, we decided to head south and stopped at Fuel City. Note that the taco stand is cash only. I ordered Piccadillo and carne asada tacos and also picked up a cup of elote from the little stand out front. We ended up eating our tacos on the tailgate with the Dallas skyline as our view. Super simple but honestly so perfect. After that we wandered behind the car wash to go look at the longhorns and a couple of donkeys just chilling in the Texas sun.
