Because of this I am…read morechanging to a 3 .... fair is fair (picture attached) A week ago the store was a mess first thing in the morning-and because of it I slipped on liquid and wasted hot coffee and scalded my hand. The manager on duty simply said "I didn't see it, so I don't know what to tell you." I made a formal complaint with the corporate office and was offered a few free drink coupons. That was on the March 5th and today is March 13th. I'm disgusted and disappointed. **** So on today (March 16th) I received a letter from QuikTrip (I'll attach the picture) - and it's dated March 13th (ironically that letter was typed up the day my initial Yelp Review posted - AND not the day I made a corporate complaint). In addition - the letter was addressed to me.... but it says "Dear Tom" - and it says they enclosed 5 drink coupons... AND THEY DIDN'T ENCLOSE ANYTHING BUT THE LETTER. I can't begin to express how disgusted I am with QuikTrip at this moment. I literally buy coffee at QuikTrip EVERY SINGLE DAY and I get my gas there. But it seems they do not intend to do the right thing by me.

So it's easy to get what you need. Then you're right on the freeway. My favorite thing about QT is all the freaking snacks. Hey I'm not looking for healthy options at a gas station. They have all types of food on the roller grills. The have a whole counter dedicated to just tea. My favorite is the sweet mango green tea. Of course, they have regular soft drinks and slushy like drinks as well. I really enjoy the QT Kitchen where you can get your food made to order. I actually find myself buying more food/drinks from QT than actual gas. I've never had any issues with customer service. Everyone has always been friendly and nice. For it to be off a major highway, the parking lot is always clean. Also, the inside is very clean as well. Restroom aren't dirty. The store stays clean. Items are priced reasonable for a convenience store. It's not outrageous or anything so that's a plus. Overall, when I'm home in the DFW. QT is my preferred gas station hands down.

Why pay ahead for reserve parking when "YOU" don't do anything about 30 spots that nobody has paid for. Take my money on the fly for reserving a spot 8 hours ahead of getting here and taking 7 to 10 days to get my money back. It's a POS place to stop so plan early of something elsewhere. Hey OWNER or CORPORATE here's a thought why not purchase the lot across the street and make it a dedicated lot for "RESERVED PARKING" oh then again you encourage the "LEECHING" so that wouldn't work.
