This was an older persons car so overall clean to start but needed detailing from all the prior washes that typically just get quick wipe-downs at most car washes. Which is basically what these people did just poured armor oil to make it look shinier After completion there were immediate things that were not cleaned properly. When brought to the manager Napoleo's attention he and they "attempted" to fix those. An example was the front inside windshield had sticky residue still in the corner. Inside of rims weren't cleaned all the cup holders had visible crumbs/ particles in them etc. After we continued to show him he became frustrated and offered $50 back and instructed the workers to "stop" (RE-) cleaning the car We had to leave to retrieve the children and when we got home we were able to go through the car to see that it had not been detailed just washed and drenched in armor oil. The wax was not completely buffed out and could be felt from the touch. I went back today to show the attached pictures to the owner who the lady at the register stated he won't be back until next week and again got Napoleo. And again right of he was irritated. I tried showing the pictures but he said just take him to the car. As I pointed out the most visible areas of DIRT that you could rub your finger across he says "I AM NOT CLEANING THAT" " I gave you back $50 and I am not cleaning anymore or giving back any money" So you can see in the attached photos of what you get with a full detail $230, $200 to $150 it is a top option of wash with shampooed carpets but not a detail. We can say also a wax with partial buff. As you can see from the pictures they Juan Mr Owner you need to fire your onsite manager and the two people assigned to this car if you want to keep your business in operations. And Napoleo is rude and should not be in a managerial position. I will let the pictures finish this story. There are many many more but this all I can post.
