I have been a regular customer at this location and have consistently enjoyed professional and courteous service--until this incident, which has compelled me to share my concern formally. Upon approaching the checkout counter, I was greeted not with a friendly welcome, but with immediate hostility by a cashier named Rose (older heavy set woman with dark hair). Despite me smiling and saying nothing initially, she abruptly ordered me to place my drinks on the counter in a rude and authoritarian tone. I was already in the process of doing so and was taken aback by the aggression in her delivery. Attempting to remain polite, I let the incident go. However, when I proceeded to pull up my ID using the MyColorado app, which took no more than 1-2 minutes, Rose began demanding the ID impatiently and repeatedly and aggressively struck the register, causing me to feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I calmly informed her that the ID was loading, but she continued this behavior, escalating the tension unnecessarily. Once I was able to display my ID, she did not scan it or even verify my birthdate, which is a legal requirement in Colorado when the customer appears under 40. This failure to follow protocol, combined with her intimidating demeanor, is unacceptable. The experience further deteriorated when I attempted to pay via Apple Pay. She again violently struck the register, making it seem as though I was incompetent with technology, which was both insulting and unnecessary. After that transaction, I realized I had forgotten to purchase my tobacco products. When I asked for my preferred brand, she rolled her eyes and curtly stated they didn't have any. I had to prompt her to tell me what other flavors were available, which she did not do. After paying a second time, she refused to hand me the cigarellos and left them out of reach, only telling me to grab the receipt. Given how uncomfortable I felt, I left the store without the products I had paid for, simply to end the hostile interaction. I have receipts from both transactions and I am confident surveillance footage will validate my account. I have submitted a formal complaint on the Circle K website as well. It is deeply concerning to be treated in such an aggressive and disrespectful manner, especially in a retail environment where customers deserve basic courtesy and professionalism. I've had only positive interactions with other staff at this location, including a stellar experience with a blonde employee last month in June 2025, which I praised in a previous Google review. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I will no longer be returning to this store. I strongly urge management to review this matter seriously, as I do not believe it is safe or appropriate to keep an "employee" like Rose in a customer-facing role. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am available to discuss further or provide documentation if needed.

    This is my neighborhood 7/11 and I could pretty much use a template review for all of them. They…read moreare open when you need them (24 x 7 yessssss!), but not always up to par with the necessities. Such as the cheese or chile has run out, just when you need to satisfy that nacho or 1/4 lb hot dog craving. Or the hot dogs themselves are not ready to be served because they don't keep up on demand, or on the flip side, the hot dogs have been on the roller grill for soooo long that they are totally annihilated and look like a science project. And the condiment bar looks like it just went through a tornado and there is relish in the onions, and sauerkraut in the jalapenos, and a pile of ketchup is dripping in to the tomatoes. Other than that, it IS a 7/11 so you know, it is what it is!

Same with my cousin we both had to spit it out instantly.however we did go back in asking for a refund and he said we couldn't do refunds because we used Apple Pay but he was nice and said we could take the rest inside the heater thing (so outta and chicken wings) we said thank you and went on our way, tho when we took bites of those same thing happened . It's almost a month later and the taste is still in my mouth? Not sure how to explain the taste but it is NOT good. I cant eat anything but one or two bites god please help me. Never eat from this gas station EVER.
