I will be going back to this store Update! I had a small problem with a new employee. She didn't realize the Buffalo Chicken Rollers were part of the 3-$3 deal and over charged me. I realized what had happened and contacted the manager. Sharon was incredibly sweet and kind. She was very apologetic for the mistake. She offered to refund me my money or give me 3 roller grill items. Great job Sharon! I definitely will continue to use this location over others in the area!

They also carry useful convenience store items such as Tylenol, phone chargers, and cigarettes. All the stores were remodeled a few years back so this is one of the new stores. They have a rewards program where you can earn points on purchases and redeem them for food, drinks, snacks, and occasionally hoodies and shirts for prizes. The store is always stocked when I've stopped in for a coffee or Red Bull. The line moves quickly if they have a line at all. You'll find to registers up front but one is enough for the foot traffic that this location sees. Some employees can be super friendly and helpful. Others just want to finish your transaction and get back to stocking product. I haven't personally had an issue. As you'll see from previous reviews, you either love this store or you'd "give it a zero star review if you could." Another perk of this location is an ATM machine inside. Otherwise I cannot comment on the fluorescent lighting ambiance or the vibe. It's a gas station that also sells Doritos and coffee. I dig the remodels to all the stores. The new rewards program is convenient. Your seventh beverage purchase is always free. And who could forget the classic gas station slurpee? Happy this is nearby to work and walkable. I'm not sure why it was pumping at half the flow of the pipe's capacity especially when I was the only one at the pump and not sharing it with someone else. The station itself was clean and had plenty of gas pumps, but I wouldn't return because pumping gas took so long.

I had a very negative experience with a different Take 5 Car Wash on Quincy Ave. I stopped at this location also on Quincy to let them know about what happened. The attendant Davis at this location was very professional! He helped me fill out the damage paperwork and explained the process. Even told me to call back in the morning to the other store to speak with the manager. I didn't want the damaged to be charged to their store so I asked for the other store location number for my form. I called the other store first thing in the morning to set something up for the repair/replacement and the manager at the other store was rude about it as though it was my fault. I called back to the store that first helped me and explained the conversation and what happened to John (JD) at this location. John knows customer service, he knew exactly what had happened. He is taking care of my vehicle with his district manager. I am VERY happy with JD and Davis how they were so professional taking responsibility for a sister store that can't quite define accountability.
