I've taken care of my car, and I hate having to spend money on my car when problems come up. I went in with the intention of getting 4 new tires and finding out what was causing the loud noise that made it sound like my car was about to die. They took care of my tires and also found that the problem was near the muffler, apparently a pipe had completely broken. They were able to find a fix for only $25 and this pleased me since I'm a broke college student. In the end, the bill came to about $321 -- not bad all things considered. I was happy when I pulled away and my car was quiet again and I had that new tire feel. I will be going to them from now on for all my car needs. Knock on wood, that it doesn't happen often!

Called up spoke to someone about ordering them- they arrived next day- easy peasy. No prepayment over the phone "just we can get 'em they will be here tomorrow after noon". Show up 7:30 on a Thursday (my understanding was they don't take appointments) to have them installed- no wait, super quick in and out. Quick note for anyone unfamiliar with this location - you walk in the waiting room and enter the service area to pay and talk to the workers. I've never been somewhere with this kinda set up so I was confused. Plus there are no signs directing you. The waiting area is clean, has ample seating, and a small TV (wasn't on when I was here). They lost a star because initially I wasn't given an invoice just a credit card receipt- after I noticed an additional charge on the CC receipt I went back in and asked for an invoice to which FYI- I found out they charge a fee to use Cards. Now this was not told to me in advance and that is 100% something that should be mentioned upfront. I had cash on me and would of been happy to pay cash had I known about the fee. Spent about 30 minutes here- location was friendly. I did notice they didn't adjust the tire pressure in my other 2- tires which surprised me. They also didn't try to upsell anything- they did what I asked for and that was it.

I called Bardstown auto wrecking to find an hard to find much needed part for my xuv not only did they have it but they also communicated with me multiple times to make sure not only it was what I was looking for but that I would get something that functioned. The shipping was superb better than you would find in major retail stores the item was packed with babble wrap and shredded paper. It was ordered mid weds morning and I received it first thing Friday morning even before I opened up my office. Then to make it even better I called them just to show my appreciation and thank them for their care, courteousness, speed and talking with me numerous times and they were sincerely appreciative for my appreciation. They are now my go to for whatever parts I can get from them.
