Now when I wash mine I DO NOT wash the poop out, I wait until I get home to do that. But once a year I take it up to clean the OUTSIDE of it and wax it. Today was that day, and the owner came to my bay about 10 minutes after I started washing the OUTSIDE of my trailer. Accussing me of filling up this bats under the floor. I explained that I was just spraying the algea and mud of the OUTSIDE of it, and I asked if I could finish, I had six minutes left on the machine. He then said, "No, you need to leave now." Then I said, "No, I still have time on the machine." He responds, "You can not bring trailers here." I was beginning to get aggitated at this point there, wasn't even dirt mud on the ground under my trailer. But I kept being nice. So I pointed out, that people bring trailers here all the time, and that there was no sign saying that trailers aren't allowed. He then says to me, "You need to leave right now," And he handed me two dollars to cover what was left on the machine. I had already spent six. At this point I lost my cool I put the spray nozzle in the pipe holder, and said, "There is no sign that says I can't be here, and I'm not washing poop off the floor of the trailer, I'm washing the outside. So you don't have to be an ass to me." He then says, "You're being the ass," He hands me two dollars. I get in my truck,and pull out. The other person in the bay next to me stopped what they were doing, and they too left. This was the owner of the car wash that confronted me today, and he was very rude, had he been polite to me I would not write this poor review. But he came at me angry, and didn't even bother to listen to my explanation. And he called ME an ASS. He was in the wrong, and the other person there thought so too, because he just shook he head while the owner was accussing me. So just for the fact that the owner is very rude, dont go here, go somewhere else.

I was especially impressed by the manager Lesley Hood Thompson who took a photo of my keys and tracked me down on Facebook to make sure they were returned to their owner. She met me the next morning at the carwash, even though it was raining and closed. Wow!!! Super impressive customer service. All of this plus gave me a complimentary carwash. There is an additional touchless tunnel as well. After you have completed your carwash, there are over 10 complimentary vacuum and personal detail stalls to clean the interior of your vehicle. Each stall has a large garbage can to dispose of items you want to get rid of. There are vehicle maintenance bays that offers oil changes and other repair services. The location is in a good area because it is located between 2 major intersections allowing exiting vehicles to safely enter traffic. Unfortunately if drivers want to enter from the southbound traffic lanes, there is not enough room for 2 vehicles which causes rear end motor vehicle accidents. The prices are reasonable and there are available monthly car wash memberships. Most importantly The Metro offers a discount to active duty and retirees.

We pulled up to the attendant, he scanned our coupon and within 60 seconds we were already in line for the wash. It never gets old sitting in the car during the car wash! Even though the weather still isn't great and the ground is soggy from melting snow, the place was busy. However, the car wash is equipped with so many vacuum stations that you never had a wait there either. Great vacuum suction and we appreciated how it wiped away lots of dog hair carried into the car floor board. Several options for washes available as well as monthly plans. Not having to pay for the vacuum was a great bonus. Garbage cans are also at each station for an easy clean up.
