I noticed a sound when I test drove it. The dealer told me that it was just that one of the tires was a bit more worn than the others. Now it's less than 2 months later. I still have temporary tags on. The brakes started grinding very badly, so of course I have to shell out over $200 to have that taken care of...and discover that the dealer left wheel locks on and took the 'key' out of the box. When I called the dealer, I get a condescending lecture on buying a used car and am basically told I'm out of luck. Now I've taken the car to an actual dealer, and the noise has NOTHING to do with the tires. The wheel bearings are bad. I absolutely will not be buying from Bourbon Trail Motors ever again, no would I recommend them to anyone.

We took our car there after we hit three deer one night and its an expensive car. The attention to detail and level of workmanship is stellar. A year later I noticed a small inch size blemish in the paint that in a certain light had a dark tint. In broad daylight you had to look for it but on a cloudy day you could see it. Well I took it back and without one question they took the car in and repainted the whole rear door. Now things happen so I understand.They said it must have been a small contaminate that got on the door. To me doing great work and then backing it up is what a great shop does...period.
