After receiving a quote in Atlanta for over a grand, my dad recommended I bring my car "home" to Danville and have it looked at by J&J.
When they looked at my car, they found that I had been lied to in Atlanta and that my car needed an easy $30 fix.
Thanks for being honest and reliable, J&J! You all are a true gem. read more
Don't go here. My experience with this Shop is less than poor. Essentially what I did was pay them $1500 to not fix my car. I should've learned after the first time they didn't fix it, my bad, I took it back again. The last time I took it back after they didn't fix it, the owner was so rude to me and told me never to return. No worries there, I hope this review may help those who are considering J & J for repairs. read more
If you have a lot of money and can deal with misinformatiopn this is a great place to take your vehicle. However if you don't have a lot of money and like being told lies then you will be highly disappointed. I spent over 5,000 on a refurbished engine that still to this day leaks 2-3 quarts of oil a week. It was fixed a year ago and then taken back over 4 times to be told you have to keep checking the oil. They lie about warranties. I then bought a Kia Sol with a used engine that was just put in and less than 3,000 miles later it now needs a new engine. When purchasing the vehicle I was told it had a warranty today I was told they never do warranties. I pressed them why I was given one with the Suv and was told that was a 3 month warranty.
Not a place I can afford which is unfortunate when your disappointed by someone you think you know. read more
Very friendly. Was driving thru town on my way home. Didn't know what was wrong, he made a quick diagnosis and confirmed it on the computer. Offered to take me somewhere to eat, but I decided to walk. He quickly got my jeep back up and running for a very reasonable cost. Can't rate him any higher read more
