Bob Allen Motor Mall - Small paint imperfection. It's been painted now, but took two years to get it done.

I noticed a paint imperfection on the lot the day I bought it. Everyone there agreed that it needed to be repaired. Pictures were taken. Assurances made. And yet, this nightmare went on for two long years. Keep in mind that this is a warranty job. The car was new. But every time I spoke to someone, they passed it on to someone else like a crazy game of hot potato. Think for a moment. How many people do you know by name at your dealership? One? Probably none. That's the way it should be. I shouldn't have to worry about who is who at the dealership. But now, after having gone through this, I have to wonder if they'll honor their Bob Allen Allegiance Lifetime Powertrain Warranty should anything go wrong in the future. I like the car I bought. It's quick, nimble, and reliable. I just wish the dealership could've been the same. Here's to hoping the future relationship with them is better than the past.

Pretty bad customer service. This is not a place that will do what they say they will from a sales…read morestandpoint point.
