That time came and went, after several (3 to be exact), additional contacts with King, by AAA associates on time of arrival and being told each time they were "on the way" and would arrive in 15 -30 minutes. No one from King ever showed up or called. Apparently they are very untruthfu (nice way of saying they are liars) Cancelled request for service at 4:45 pm, left stranded and arranged tow with a different company for tomorrow. AAA is going to investigate, they are not happy either, but they can only go by what they are untruthfully told by the tow company. They suggested that, in the future, I could request the guy in my area who will actually show up. Just saying......

Called up spoke to someone about ordering them- they arrived next day- easy peasy. No prepayment over the phone "just we can get 'em they will be here tomorrow after noon". Show up 7:30 on a Thursday (my understanding was they don't take appointments) to have them installed- no wait, super quick in and out. Quick note for anyone unfamiliar with this location - you walk in the waiting room and enter the service area to pay and talk to the workers. I've never been somewhere with this kinda set up so I was confused. Plus there are no signs directing you. The waiting area is clean, has ample seating, and a small TV (wasn't on when I was here). They lost a star because initially I wasn't given an invoice just a credit card receipt- after I noticed an additional charge on the CC receipt I went back in and asked for an invoice to which FYI- I found out they charge a fee to use Cards. Now this was not told to me in advance and that is 100% something that should be mentioned upfront. I had cash on me and would of been happy to pay cash had I known about the fee. Spent about 30 minutes here- location was friendly. I did notice they didn't adjust the tire pressure in my other 2- tires which surprised me. They also didn't try to upsell anything- they did what I asked for and that was it.
