He had my vehicle for over a month & a half, more than tripled the price to repair my vehicle & then still hasn't fixed my vehicle. My car doesn't even run now & it did before he started repairs. He has held my car hostage until I pay him thousands of dollars on a made up bill for repairs never done. He refuses to talk on the phone & has hung up on me every time like a child not a business owner. Save yourself from this dishonest scum bag that is no more of a mechanic than I am!! I now will have to take my ruined vehicle to a legitimate mechanic shop to fix everything this so called mechanic shop repaired. They are not an actual business nor an actual mechanic shop. They only want to take advantage of people, take their money, and destroy the vehicles they were supposed repair. This has been the worst experience dealing with this Bruce Smith & his wife Missy Smith & I'm trying to save everyone else the pain I've just been put through. VERY DISHONEST & COMPLETE CON MAN!!! It took 8 sheriff deputies & a tow truck to recover my vehicle & Bruce & his wife both threatened myself & my fiancée & refused to give us our vehicle even after we paid him for services he never provided just to get my vehicle back! The police officers had to get involved & told him he'd go to jail if he didn't allow us to get my vehicle. That's NOT a legitimate business it's a SCAM & a CON!!! RUN!!! I'm having to take this to court to recover my losses. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!

Tyrel and Casey did not steer me wrong. A beautiful boat and a great boat buying experience. I will continue to refer people to Lake Cumberland Marine and its team.

Not sure if they're trying to be an auto shop, a diesel shop, a fire engine repairman or what. Total mess, bad location, hard to get in and out of, and on top of that we finally arrived during normal business hours, and no one was there. What a joke of a mechanical institution. We finally limped our Diesel onto Louisville and got the proper parts and repair we needed. We heard they were certified but later heard they weren't. I would caution university students to avoid this place at all costs. The tow to Louisville or in our case the limp mode drive was well worth it in savings and peace of mind. 2019 F-350 6.7 Powerstroke.

They do not sell Walmart gift cards, so much for saving time huh?! They do have snack options and cigarettes if that's your thing. I was surprised how weird it is when there is a line of people. But hey, if you are ok to wait super close to strangers you will be just fine.
