He and his employees are VERY respectful of your home and property. I chuckled when they put disposable shoe covers on but it protected my wood floors and I really appreciated the thought and care that Andrew and his crew took. I hope I wasn't a difficult customer but they had to come back several times for camera adjustments and settings. Very pleasant and helpful every time. I am so so happy with the system Andrew installed. It is EXACTLY what I wanted. You can't go wrong hiring them to install your camera system. They use state of the art top notch products and he is very knowledgeable and provides great support. Very pleasant and easy-going boss and crew. I definitely recommend them. They underwent a name change from SWS to ESI while working on my home. New name is Essential System Integrators. Same great crew.

The install cost around $20,000 and never completely worked because they installed the wrong power inverter for three very expensive PTZ. All three PTZs were broken within a year. For me it's those two things that really stand out. Customer service and "it just works." In terms of customer service, it's hard to do better. The company's response time to questions is very fast. That's pretty much what you want. As for "it just works," the Alarm.Com system and equipment they are a dealer for really gives you peace of mind. It's actually secure. The monitoring is essentially useless. The company will bind you in a 3-year contract…read more At the end of the contract they wont cancel it. In spite of what they told me two months before upon an inquiry I made. Instead they continued to debit my account. There is no way to stop it from your bank. Be aware of the scam and of their lies. When I cancelled with a form that I have to fill out, there was no acknowledgement. They still debited my bank account. They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.
