I didn't hear from him until months later in 2022 . He totally forgot that I signed up with him . I should have ran fast at that point . I decided to continue on with him . I would later regret that decision. Mr Maizel continued not to show professionalism by not showing up to scheduled meetings, not returning calls/ emails . His lack of professionalism would eventually put my case in a position where I was short of loosing certain rights . He advised me to file an EEOC complaint . When the EEOC issued a right to sue . He dropped my case the same day I received the right to sue notice . Knowing , I only had 90 days to file a lawsuit and that no other lawyer would pick up a case at this late point . When I confronted Mr Maizel he became angry and started verbally attacking me . I reported this behavior to Mr. Weinberg a named partner at the firm which he did nothing. If you have any type of employment issue or any other legal matter please protect yourself and do not hire this firm . They have made me loose all rights to fight this case with their lack of professionalism .

Our trial got postponed a few times and you can naturally forget some details in between but Enrico was detailed in his notes and recalled everything from the very beginning. He's very responsive any time I had questions. When it was time for court he came out swinging and was aggressive in his cross-examination tripping up my scummy sister in her lies. He was also great when he cross-examined me and led his questions in a way to support our argument. The more details I provided him the more he came out with guns blazing. He's also good at extracting those last minute details that i didn't think to provide by asking additional questions on the day of trial and helping you prep. We worked well together.
