Jeffrey was able to negotiate a good agreement with our landlord that included the landlord making the needed repairs, as well as the landlord giving us money that more than covered our legal costs. Throughout the process, Jeffrey was extremely zealous in representing us and very generous with his time. He took great care to ensure we fully understood and were comfortable with every aspect of how our case was being handled. His fee was very, very reasonable for the amount of time and effort he ended up having to put into our case. I would definitely recommend Jeffrey as an attorney to anyone in need of legal help.

I chose John to be my lawyer because of his perfect google reviews. After hiring him I realized he…read moremust of scrubbed his negative reviews because I later learned that he was disbarred in the past therefore past clients had negative experiences as he had to pay them back money. So there is a possibility that this review will be removed too. Regarding my case, I feel he did not prepare me for the hearing. 95% of my case for breach of lease was the tenant changing the locks on the common area door therefore I was unable to access the vacant unit. All of my proof of these occurrences were in police reports which were not available by the day of court as It takes at least 12 weeks to have a full report and a copy is mailed to your address not handed to you. John advised me to collect all of the DC #'s and the judge wanted nothing to do with them as he wanted a report he could read. Also prior to court, John never advised me on what to bring to court such as receipts from locks and the locksmith in order to help my case. Perhaps I should have known to bring them on my own but it did not occur to me to do so as I have never been to eviction court. I felt that John should have requested to postpone the hearing since the DC #'s would not be accepted and as a consequence the tenant simply denied it and the case was dismissed. Now I may have to sell my property because there is income from a unit my tenant is denying me access to which will help pay the mortgage.

We are planning to acquire additional properties soon and consider Jason and Tommy partners in this endeavor going forward. They are extremely responsive, comprehensive and insightful. To elaborate, emails we sent were typically answered in about and hour and agreements were reviewed within a day. We received customized feedback on purchase agreements, construction contracts, leases and LLC operating agreements including numerous immediate and long term implications of various contractual terms. After the settlement statements were reviewed and signed, Jason and Tommy gave us a list of next steps (beyond legal diligence) in order to effectively own and manage our investment properties. I have worked with the spectrum of attorneys -- from those who barely provide feedback on contracts to those who are genuinely insightful. Jason and Tommy raised the bar by being comprehensive and trustworthy advisors and I am eager to work with them again soon!

I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but I have retained Soleiman Raie, Esq for any…read moreand all family law related things since 2014. I have needed his help on several occasions as it pertains to support payments and the such. I work in the healthcare industry, and similarly to those who are in law, time is always very limited, schedules (even large swaths of one's schedule) are very likely to change at the drop of a hat - despite how hectic my and Mr. Raie's schedules are/ever were, he has always been highly professional, effective, and knowledgeable. There were two instances where either the timing of proceedings was very limited (I was previous out of the country and when returning to the States, was informed of an upcoming court date). Even though he was not getting paid, Mr. Raie very graciously took time to speak with me personally, after hours, and helped to device a suitable course of action. Mr. Raie went so far as to reach out to several of his personal contacts in order to assure my legal needs were being met. This man is very helpful and his services were always very reasonable in price no matter what firm he was working at. There have been multiple occasions where I was leaving the hospital late (later than 10pm), and still Mr. Raie made himself available, never charged me for a freakin phone call nor text message nor email (which is basically unheard of in 2023/2024 when talking about the legal industry). Fantastic service and fantastic value and I definitely recommend Soleiman Raie, Esq to my friends and family. Legal stuff is ALWAYS expensive, but you really get good "bang for your buck" if you will, with Mr. Raie. Furthermore, I would respectfully disagree with that other longer review - I don't believe it is at all fair to give someone's services a one star, specifically if you have never even used the service. That person should have just not left a positive review, not the very detrimental one star when it is absolutely NOT an honest REVIEW of the legal services which this lawyer/law firm provides. I should add, if ever there was a legal matter covering an aspect of law that Soleiman Raie was not well-versed in, he very happily would take the time to make sure I got connected with someone who did specialize in the particular topic. I will continue to use Mr. Raie to represent me and as counsel for all family law related matters.
