The staff was quick and knowledgeable. After a month or so, I developed a relationship with the case working provided to me. She was easy to call and email. My case became a "dire need" situation due to financial issues due to the time it took for Social Security to file my claim. It was quickly moved to trial where I was awarded fully favorable in my case. After granted a favorable decision, the law office took 25% of the back pay as well as an additional $32 for paperwork fee. The only part of the process I did not like was the lawyer assigned to my case on trail date. This was a third party lawyer used since the law offices was not physically in my area. The Law Offices of Eric A Shore simply gathered the data, filed the paperwork, and then forwarded it to the third party lawyer. This third party (my apologies, I can not remember her name) met me for the first time on trial date, reviewed the information 15 mintutes prior, and then represented me. Her numbers (as far as pay out) were $1k off monthly. (Thats a huge difference!) She was not confident in me and we did not have a good relationship. Advice for anyone using (or thinking about using) Eric Shore, write your own dire need letter- handwritten and sent from your mailbox; as well as researching your 3rd party (if you have one) lawyer to cross-check your information with theirs. Although you have an office representing you, it is still best to put your own extra time and efforts into the case. Build a personal relationship with your case worker. Then Attorney Gregory recommended I file for unemployment like that was an appropriate course of action. (While being injured) Then when I explained what I was experiencing Gregory Boles became fixated on a gramadical error calling my phone three days in a row to discuss a gramadical mistakes Yelling and screaming. After he calmed himself he called asking am I okay is there something wrong as if to insinuate that I'm a problem.
