I then began chiropractic care and also attended physical therapy for 10-12 weeks. After the accident, I contacted Morgan & Morgan. Following my initial phone consultation, I had a few follow-up questions. When I called their Brooklyn office, it took three days for someone to get back to me. When I finally spoke with the attorney, he had an attitude and told me it normally takes 24-48 hours to respond. Personally, I found that excessive especially since it actually took longer. Looking back, that probably should've been my sign not to move forward with them, but I stayed. Over the next year, the only real communication I received from them was occasional check-ins about how my chiropractic treatment was going. There were no meaningful updates on my case. As we approached the two-year mark, I got a call from their office saying my chiropractor was being "combative." When I spoke to my chiropractor, he showed me that he had already sent my records twice, both times confirmed as received and signed for by their office--yet they somehow lost the paperwork both times and were requesting it again. During this entire period, I consistently attended physical therapy for weeks and continued chiropractic care as well. Then, just a little over two weeks before the two year anniversary of my accident, I received an email stating they would not be moving forward with my case. I called multiple times and never got a response. I even contacted their customer service line, and although they said they would notify the attorney to call me back, I never heard from anyone. I followed up with two emails--still nothing. Their lack of communication and overall customer service was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone.
