We provided them updates about our situation and instead of providing any solutions we were given a large bill of absolute bs. They never reached out to the person we were having issues with. And they danced around the injunction they were supposed to file. After speaking with Gail we found out it would be very experience to peruse that route. Got it. So we each wasted ~ $1,500 We contacted them to cancel our service and refund the remainder of our money.
