The day of the service they always kept me updated on their progress since I was 5 minutes away working. The cleaning was so efficient because there was a team of three ladies cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment. Their husbands came to haul items once the cleaning was completed. Luis was very responsive throughout the initial inquiry phase right up until the day of the…read morehauling. Every concern was addressed in a polite and professional manner prior to scheduling the appointment. He was never pushy asking us to lock down a day... nor did he use pressure tactics that others I spoke with tried. All fees were provided up front. He even took old tires at rates that were cheaper than anyone else I got price quotes from. In the end there were no surprises in costs. The day of the junk removal, I met Luis who arrived on time and came masked up for his safety and ours which was appreciated. We basically just pointed at things and he moved them out all by himself (big wooden TV/bookcase, old 75lb air conditioning unit, standalone freezer were all no problem for him. Moved them like they were loaves of bread!). All of the other items - mountains of 30+ yr old accumulated "stuff" - he took away thoroughly and left no mess behind.
