They specialize in southern cuisine and I must say everything was true to highly experienced southern cooks! Everyone raved about the food and it was a great sigh of relief to have a successful catering experience. I still think about how tender their meat was and how everything was seasoned so well. There's really no dining in, you either get catering or get food to go. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I never have to wait in line either, and they have really great lunch and dinner specials. I'd much rather get a meal from Steve Brown's than go through a drive through fast food place.
