Our family and friends are still talking about the food. The BBQ and sauces are delicious. Everyone loved the hash and rice. In fact, our DJ said she eats hash and rice all throughout our area and that was the best she has ever eaten. WOW! The Nanner Nanner Pudding is extraordinary - homemade custard, Nilla Wafers, and baked meringue on top. I loved, loved, loved it! The cheese and macaroni is the cheesiest! I could go on and on. It was such a surprise to find a congratulations card from Larry and Deb in the mix. They were so thoughtful and that was just the cherry on top of an already great experience. I highly recommend them for any event. They will definitely be back on our farm soon!

I was referred to SW via my brother's daughter's wedding experience with them which was exceptional. The consulting was valuable, helpful and made decisions easy. Our unique and specific requests were delivered above expectations. The service before, during and after was superior. Now the food. Being father of the bride, my wife and I were quite busy all evening and had little time to eat. Every other conversation we had with our guests started with a raving and positive compliment regarding the food. The presentation was perfect, the delivery to our guests was on point. If you're wondering, did we ever eat? The team that worked our event knew what it was like to be the host. Every time I turned around the manager was there to provide food and drink for my wife and me. They made sure to have food ready for the bride and groom. And made sure they ate before the party. Bartending was excellent. Courteous, professional and fast. Bottom line is this. SW delivered as promised and exceeded expectations in EVERY category. It is with pleasure and from personal experience that I recommend them.

Loved to see the support from my neighbors! I was able to checkout the menu before heading down and had set my sights on their new Mexican Mac & Shrimp Bowl. This bowl was listed with the following -- mac & cheese, Cajun butter poached shrimp, queso, peppers and onions, black bean corn salsa, citrus crema, salsa sauce, jalapeños, and tortilla strips and cilantro. All things I love! Once I got to the window and placed my order I only had a short wait to receive my food. The guy at the window was super friendly! I brought the goods home and knew I was going to have leftovers for days. (Which I'm still enjoying!!!). As you can tell from the list of ingredients above I found the bowl offered a lot of fun combinations making for a great eating experience. The 2 things that would have elevated the bowl for me would have been salt and spice! I understand that serving a large range of clientele from a food truck would force seasoning to be on a lighter handed side versus a heavy handed side. But the reality is that I got to bring my bowl home and adjust the seasoning and spice level myself. :-) I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the FU truck again.

The salad was really fresh and came with some stellar green goddess dressing. I did not try the sandwiches, but I heard good things from my coworkers. This brings me to the main point of this review: bread with apple butter. I was a little confused at the plate full of plain bread presented like it was an entree, but this actually may be the best bread I have ever had. They apparently make it fresh daily and it comes with homemade apple butter. I took a bite and thought I might pass out from how good it was... and I'm not even exaggerating. How can a simple piece of bread be that good, you ask? I don't know. Witchcraft? Sacrificing your firstborn to an evil queen? Maybe. All I know is that I will be coming back to Apple Spice for more of that bread!!!!
