There was ample parking space and it wasn't too crowded as regular Costco when we visited Saturday morning. They didn't have food court, cosmetics, clothing and other specialty items but there was more variety of drinks, meat, snacks, commercial kitchen related items that were not in the regular costco.

For example, they were selling two raw whole chickens in a pack for just $10 and two raw halal chickens in a pack for $18. I'd highly recommend coming in with a shopping list or just a few items in mind that you really want to buy because the selection can get overwhelming.
