Too many years of sitting hunched over my desk working on a computer had left me with a bulging disc and shooting numbness, among other issues. I have been to other chiropractors in the past, and the relief was always temporary, and regression seemingly inevitable. My initial conversation with Deb indicated to me that this was the place to go. She is responsive, efficient, and kind. I figured that if the doctor was anything like her, this would be a great fit. After a year and a half with Dr. Randy, my back pain is de minimis and feels under control for the first time in 10 years. The traction work that he does is something I have found to be unique to his office in my personal experience, and it has been incredibly effective. My mother and husband are now also patients as well. Caleb is also so patient and wonderful in working through physical therapy-type rehabilitative exercises. His personal training background allows him to provide helpful guidance on form. Thank you, Dr. Randy, Deb and Caleb! It is a joy to be under your care.

I had to pay for the boot upfront, confused but paid. Bad- I had a follow up scheduled and they called and said I need to pay 1/2 up front. I have insurance and they will cover. Girl explains this is what we need. I ask how much do I have to pay? She cannot answer. I ask again you have to have an amount. She tells me to call billing she cannot provide an amount. Problem for them, I have met my deductible, it's good coverage BCBS. Told doctor will not see me unless I pay. I cancelled everything and will not go to them again. I get people scam and do not pay but provide me something to help me understand.

I finally got in, we sat down &went through everything, I wasn't super comfortable, but I figured I would go ahead and get the epidural shot anyway because I was in excruciating pain & needed it. To get a little personal, I have anxiety when it comes to any medical procedures and I made the doctors aware of the situation so they suggested I get sedation. A week and a half later I finally get in to have my shot done. It was hotter than Hades in that office & was even hotter once you got back in the patient area. The bed they put me in was baking in the sun. It had to be nearly 80° and then they put a warm blanket on me. I sit down and my anxiety rampant. My blood pressure was high. My heart rate was high, and I had a Slightly elevated temperature, which are all symptoms of anxiety. They took my vitals every five minutes in a crowded room with constant beeping a blood pressure cuff going off every minute and then constantly telling me to calm down. As the timer went off every five minutes, I anxiety got worse. My Elevated temperature did go down to 99.4. And if you read the CDC says a fever is considered anything over 100.4. The doctor, then rudely comes over and tells me he cannot continue with the procedure because I must have some sort of infection. And then told me it was not possible to have an elevated temperature from anxiety. I've experienced this numerous times before I have been told by different doctors that it is completely possible to have an elevated temperature due to my anxiety, and I have read numerous studies from medical journals as well as information from the CDC that very clearly states heightened anxiety can cause an increase in temperature. When I explain this, he basically told me I was crazy. It wasn't possible. I have an infection. I have to go home. The minute I get home I take my temperature and it is a cool 98.7°. Just like I said no fever no infection it was caused by my anxiety. I called the office afterwards and ask them if I could reschedule my procedure but with a different doctor and she told me it was against policy and they wouldn't let me do so. After complaining she said she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me by the end of the day or at least the next morning at the latest. No call yet. Unprofessional, beyond ridiculous and I would say never come here and never see this doctor again I'm a little worried that he doesn't know that any of that is actually possible. Makes you wonder what else this doctor doesn't know. A week later I was in the ER with terrible pain. I had several tests done. They could find no issues except my bp was high from the pain. I followed up with a gastro dr for a scope. Again no issues. I decided to see Dr Greg (my son recommended him). He is very personable and took the time to listen to my symptoms and explain every step of the treatment. The adjustments are smooth, controlled, and never feel rushed. He is very thorough - and gave me a plan for exercises that I can do at home . I'm 70 years old and I know that following his instructions will help me to keep being mobile. I thoroughly recommend him.

They told me it would take 10-15 minutes and left 45 minutes later. Morons work the front desk and that says something about the office! If you can get past them it might be good but they could care less at the front desk! The worst part is I had to listen to their stupid nonsense stories while they sat around doing nothing for something that my 10 year old can do in 5 minutes.
