First, the office is EXTREMELY clean and very professional. I like the new style office where each patient area is in a defined space without having to be in a closed up room. They also have a slick tv screen for each dental chair, so you don't have to sit and stare at the drill the entire time. As for Dr. Brian Davidson's treatment expertise, I honestly have not ever been to a dentist that has ever given me as much confidence as he has. I have been to his office for routine repairs and emergency repairs, and every single time he has been extremely thorough and explained the procedures so that I can fully understand why he does things completely, rather than just fixing one tooth at a time. Dr. Amy has also helped to make my kids feel very comfortable in the dentist chair from a young age... which is always important to anyone looking for a good family dental center. After at least 8 years of not stepping foot in the office, Dr. Hersh remembered me and was genuinely interested in what I've been up to for the past 8 years. I don't know of many doctors who will spend extra time out of their busy schedules to catch up with their old patients. It definitely makes you feel GOOD!! He also asked me about my sister who has been a patient of his for years as well. This really shows he is invested in his patients. Throughout the whole visit, Dr. Hersh and his staff (special shout-out to Mel) took extra special care of me and I'd be happy to recommend this practice to anyone who needs an orthodontist. Not only is the staff kind, caring, professional, respectful, gentle, and compassionate- but the office itself is modern, clean, and very kid-friendly. I sound like a machine by listing off all of these adjectives- but this review would not be complete without them. Together, Dr. Hersh and his staff, is a team that you WANT caring for you.
