Short Review: Go here for your implant procedure. You won't regret it. I had MAJOR work done and it…read morewas flawless. The price on the website is what you pay. There are no hidden fees, no nonsense. Full Review: After a lifetime of grinding and clenching my teeth, I was in real bad shape at the age of 40. I went from being outgoing, happy and confident to avoiding all socializing and feeling hopeless. On top of that, I was getting sick frequently because my immune system was constantly battling infections in my mouth. I didn't want to visit the dentist because I was so embarrassed by my teeth. I thought my only option was dentures, which I was not interested in because being a 40 year old with dentures would still be somewhat embarrassing for me, rightly or wrongly. I somehow discovered the existence of the All-on-4 permanent implant procedure and immediately started researching it. I decided I wanted zirconia implants because if you're going to do it, it would be foolish to try to save a few bucks by getting weaker and less visually appealing implants. My plan was to visit 3 or 4 different dentists, but the first one I went to was Dr. Kyle Polasek and I knew instantly because of his energy, passion, and experience that this is who I want to do the procedure. I should also point out that Dr. Kyle has a great team of ladies at this office. Morgan, Ashley, and Tiffany are amazing and made me feel even more confident that I was in the right place. I had the procedure done a month ago, on a Friday, and was back at work on Monday. I was expecting to be in pain for weeks but I had very little pain for just a few days. It's incredible. The best part is I'm already returning to my old self, even with just the temporary implants in. I didn't realize how much my poor teeth affected me mentally until now. Don't be like me and waste years of your life because you're embarrassed by your teeth. The was the best decision I've ever made. I will update this review when I get my permanent implants in, but for now I am 1000% happy.

A couple of years ago, I began orthodontic treatment with Dr. Daia. At first, I felt hopeful…read morebecause he was the first orthodontist I consulted who didn't want to extract several teeth before beginning braces. He explained that my treatment plan would include removing just one tooth to help with crowding, which made sense given that I have a small mouth with too many teeth. Unfortunately, that extraction never happened. When I asked about it during my treatment, I was told (by staff over the phone, not by Dr. Daia directly) that the extraction would occur after my braces were put on. Instead, my "snaggle" tooth was pulled down and aligned, but no tooth was ever removed. When my braces were taken off, I still had 11 months left on my original treatment plan. My teeth now flare forward in a way that makes me even more insecure about my smile than before treatment. Throughout the process, I was diligent -- I wore my rubber bands and followed every instruction. Despite this, when I expressed concern, I was told there was nothing more that could be done. Not long after, Dr. Daia left my dentist office. Now, not only do my teeth flare, but they also cause discomfort and pain. I am left frustrated and disappointed with the outcome of my treatment. What started as a promising experience turned into one that has negatively affected both my confidence and my dental health. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Daia to others seeking orthodontic care.

The front office staff were all very welcoming and friendly. They had been when I scheduled my appointment on the phone too. They got me in quickly. The dental hygienist, Maureen, was so sweet from the beginning! We talked a lot and she cleaned my teeth so well. She made sure that she didn't miss anything. They had really advanced technology and Maureen was even able to double check/show me my teeth when she was done with the cleaning to make sure she didn't miss anything. It was a camera like device. It was really cool! I hadn't seen it before. She did an amazing job and touched up a few areas that were missed. Dr. Thomas was also very friendly. He did a great exam and discussed my concerns with me. I did not feel rushed at all throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending Saad to all of my friends and family! Wonderful experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. On my original visit as a new patient (my previous dentist…read moreretired), I had a wonderful experience and was highly encouraged to pursue Invisalign. At the time I didn't feel they were "pushing me" into as I came in interested in pursuing Invisalign but looking back now they only had their interests in mind and not my best interest. I paid upfront for the trays, was told I would get a call soon to have the buttons placed and trays started. Three weeks later I had still not received a call, so I reached out to the office and was told there had been some delays. During that time, I had also reached out to my oral surgeon's office and it's at that time I realized that Dr. Saad office had never reached out to my surgeon's office like they had told me they had to clear the Invisalign. I was told Invisalign might not be the best idea for me by the surgeon's office for certain reasons and when I reached back out to Saad and spoke with Dr. Rice she became increasingly more agitated and aggressive throughout our phone call. Was frustrated with me for having real questions and then started practically attempting to bully me into moving forwards with the Invisalign. I had never been spoken to in this manner from a Doctor/ Dentist ever in my life and this occurred over three phone calls, including one joint call with my oral surgeon's office. Due to Dr. Rice behavior I choose to cancel the Invisalign which of course the office gave me a hard time about, they stated they would refund the money I personally paid but would be keeping me insurance money (which is fraud) so I had to jump through hoops to call my insurance company and get my deductible refunded. When I called the office back to try to speak to the owner of Saad Dentistry to talk about my experience, I was not given a phone number or told I could speak to someone, instead I was given an email address and hung up on. Moral of the story, save yourself the headache and go to a different dentist.
