My experience on yesterday with Dr. Gandy was a amazing and the entire staff customer service is phenomenal! When I first arrived at the facility, I did have issues with finding the building once I parked in the garage. I must say it's very frustrating when you get there, because they have different elevators for different floors. BUT........... Once I got to the 11th floor it was a breeze, and the front desk clerk Ashley instructed me how to get there easily the next time. The nurse was a sweetheart, patient, and listened to all of my concerns. When Dr. Gandy came in, I felt a weight off of my shoulders. I literally asked to get tested for every single thing from cancer, diabetes, thyroid disease, and anything else that I could be tested on. I feel as you get older you should have yearly test on every single thing that could be a hazardous to your health. Dr. Gandy had great bedside manner, listened to my every concern, and was the SWEETEST!!!!! Since I'm a new patient I had to wait almost 8 months to see her, but it was so worth it. I most definitely see why everyone online rave about her, because it most definitely is true. She is one of the best family physicians that, I've seen since I've been living in Atlanta. This is officially my new family physician, and I couldn't be more happier. The staff where so friendly, and helpful which was a plus as well. Thank you guys for making my first visit here great!

I've called the office over 10 times in the month that I was there. And not one returned call. But receptionist assure me AUDRI had gotten each message. MRI was done but never went over. Never met Dr. Puppala. Didn't talk to anyone about my problem. But was given appointments for TFESI what is that 2 one week apart. And as I scheduled for both they change the location after I had made arrangements for ride all 4 times.Just for them to cancel. But what really is something once again I failed another test.NO WAY. If they aren't contaminating the specimen there they are being contaminated at the lab. But I do know I don't abuse drugs never have never will. I take all my medicines the way they were prescribe. But from the beginning they tried pushing that SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR telling me the injection wouldn't do me any good mind you they schedule them. Then Ms. Audra tells me the doctor said will no longer write anymore pain meds if I don't do it. I've had 3 failed back surgeries. 12 surgeries on my body in all. Top it off I was given a referral the first visit to see a shrink. I found this out as I was checking out. She didn't mention it. Again she and since I never met the doctor. I ask and received a copy of my MRI. And notice that the contrast that they need to see in depth said the uneventful administration of intravenous contrast. WHAT? No one mention it and since it's the doctor job to go over imaging he never did. Never saw him. Never heard of such in all tests, MRIs, CTScans, Ultra sounds, Xrays and Blood work and believe me I've had plenty. Every doctor as always gone over every test but this one. And they make sure they give you weakest form of meds so you are in pain. Not everyone out here is abusing drugs or addicts. And I understand the Opiod epidemic. I know too many that has lost their lives. But I also know for myself after going through this for over 18yrs and have done and follow everything my doctors had advised. And as I read over my MRI and looking up the medical words I don't understand my back is in bad shape. I have everything that cries out pain. So he knows I not making up the pain I'm in And he also the meds that he prescribe went from a 8mg for 30 days to 4 then 2. To him I'm a dollar sign. And that Stimulater cost as much as one of my fusions. I don't want another cut on my body. Don't want anything implanted in my body that sends electric shock to my brain. And the cost that's another thing. BIG BUCKS. for doctors. I can't afford. And he don't have to write another pain script. He is right and I'll never go back again. And I will do my homework when choosing the next doctor.

During an annual physical, which is free with our insurance, my wife was prescribed a drug that "had" to be billed separately and as a "separate visit" when she was already there anyway. It was a 2 month prescription which she uses very rarely. It's been just over 6 months since it was prescribed. She asked for a repeat prescription which could easily be done over the phone or online but she has to go in now for another visit for that repeat prescription. Clearly they'll make money on the visit. So unnecessary. For the record, Lacey Hutchinson is very nice and professional, but the system of her office needs to be more flexible and easy to deal with.

They are located within Emory Hospital and up the hall from the ultrasound office so it just aligned so well with my healthcare plan. First let me say, Ms. Tasha at the front is my absolute FAVORITE. It was so nice to hear a familiar voice every time I called and had an appointment. After 9 months of appointments at the same place, sometimes once a week, you get to liking folks lol. I was incredibly nervous being a first time mom and the ladies in the office are so sweet, they really make GCFW look good and were the best parts of my appointments. I didn't have as much face time with Dr. Lemon as I expected as I primarily met with the midwife, Allegra, from the beginning. When I did meet with Dr. Lemon she was so sweet and has the biggest smile. Dr. Lemon did some ultrasounds on me towards the end to check on baby J and did some other tests. Allegra was so great and my main healthcare provider while carrying my son and I got really comfortable with her. Well... in the role she plays, you better be comfortable! Lol. She is very calm and mellow, even when I was a nervous wreck lol. I was begging her to make sure that I delivered on a certain day so my mom could be in the room and I know she wanted to get rid of my crazy self then, lol. But she was always so patient. Though the office is home to three medical doctors, I have only been seen by Dr. Michelle Evans and I have been very happy with her approach to working with me and with the ways that she has proposed to treat my recent bout of migraine headaches. Now, when it comes to scheduling appointments I am a little old-fashioned and I generally will do whatever I have to do to speak with a live person to set something up. However, this does not seem possible with Buckhead Internal Medicine and when it came time to schedule a physical and then to go in seeking medical treatment I have had to use their email-driven system of scheduling or to call the answering machine there and leave a detailed message regarding the nature of my request. I will admit, they make this system efficient and it works quickly and accurately; I need to get over my worn-out methods. They have always been super-prompt in responding to me and have worked with me very well to fit appointments into my somewhat hectic schedule. I really like Dr. Evans at BIM because she, as well as her assistants and colleagues, is very personable and thorough and neither over-treats or explores avenues that are just unlikely, expensive and unnecessary. In the past, numerous physicians have put me through extensive testing and a gauntlet of procedures that have provided nothing in the end. Today I was pleased to receive a shot and a small prescription that should nip what is most likely ailing me early on so that I can back in working order almost instantly. In addition, parking is always available, though for a fee, and the fact that they are located on the Piedmont Hospital campus allows them to provide quick services to patients that might not be so readily available were they located further away from such a large variety of medical service providers.

They are both very knowledgeable, attentive, and they make you feel very comfortable throughout your entire visit. The office uses an electronic method to communicate and share lab results, and I think it is very effective and helpful. It's called Mychart. I've been able to also communicate directly with my physicians regarding any problems or concerns. The staff is very nice as well. In addition, I can request prescription refills, check my lab results, and look over what was discussed during my visit. I love it! Very convenient!!
