She ignores messages sent through her portal. She has no one to talk to in her office, you talk to a computer screen not a nurse. The level of care here is not acceptable! This review is my first step to getting what I need, and what insurance has paid for and co-insurance that I paid for...over $100 out of pocket. Now the lab is sending me a bill...for test she forgot and didn't even complete that I do not owe for because they weren't completed after being addressed by a conversation with her remote office by me and my insurance company.

Dr. Moody has been my family's physician for 27 years. I have only positive things to say about him…read moreand the office. The office staff sends reminders for my yearly physical. In cases where I needed to come in because I wasn't feeling well, they fit me in. Medicines I needed were promptly called into the pharmacy. I moved over 45 minutes away, tried a different physician but came back to Dr. Moody because of how well he treats me. I wish he would open an office in the area where I currently reside but even if he does not I will con to drive the distance for the care I receive at Life Care Family Practice, P.C.
