Look at all the work you wanted that poor man to do. Look at all the work he did. We have your email chains and texts and pictures as proof. We're not the scumbag you are!! After we were nice enough to dropped your bill you go bad mouth us? What is wrong with you? You contacted us, we didn't contact you. You see we do this kind of work because we do TV and Home Theatre installed but when we arrive you wanted tech to go out and do shopping for you like he's your concierge. You wanted tech to do things outside the scope of work. You can stop now we will take you to court not only for the disputed amount that we were nice to take off, but also for defamation. This is how you treat us AFTER we kneel down to your demands of no pay for the service and amount you had agreed upon in writing prior to our arrival? Me: I guess I am not getting an apology Owner: If an apology will stop your online attacks against me and my company I can give you one but my company is my livelihood and truly feel we did everything I could do to make an unhappy customer happy that day. And Again, be reasonable. It was many hours of tech being on the job that you really don't need to mention anyone since I gave those hours back and you did not pay for them after I applied the discount you had asked for. Me: You just don't get it. I don't feel an apology would be genuine since you don't get it and continue to try to intimidate me. You shouldn't be in business if this is how you run your organization Owner: Your spiteful. I have nothing more to say to you. I believe you are working with someone to try to attack my company.

However, I've been with T-Mobile for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with their service. I will say they take very good care of military active and retired with the military magenta max plan. And unlike the sordid history with Verizon suddenly out of nowhere surprising customers with unexpected charges (I have heard they no longer behave this way - to their credit if true), you won't have anything like this with T-Mobile. At least I've never had such an experience ever with T-Mobile. Well, on my few visits here, and after watching the recent Apple Event, along with watching a few videos about the new iPhones, I decided it was time to go for the iPhone 17 Pro model. It took a lot for me to give up my iPhone 13 Pro (but I still may keep it too!), but finally, Apple made such significant changes in the cameras and the operating system that the time was ripe for change. During my visits, I had a stellar service rep named Clifton. He's a pretty seasoned veteran employee who knew the process inside out. When it came time to visit the store after receiving my new iPhone 17 Pro by UPS, I headed to the store in the afternoon to set it up. The process went well initially, but it took three attempts to finally get the transfer of info from the old iPhone to the new, but that wasn't Clifton's fault, the WiFi in the shop wasn't behaving well. I've noted that it's always taken a good amount of time to get a new iPhone up and ready at T-Mobile stores. It's ok with me as long as we get it working, and so far my new one is performing superbly! Watch out! I'll be taking even better photos for Yelp with this one in the days ahead! I will add here that this T-Mobile store recently reopened a couple of months ago after a full interior renovation. It's the nicest looking T-Mobile store I've ever visited. From getting great service from Clifton, to watching the other T-Mobile reps take excellent care of their customers, I have to say it definitely earned this rating in spite of any of the kinks in the process. My only decision I have to make now is whether or not to keep my iPhone 13 Pro or turn it in to complete the trade-in deal. It's a hard one! But I would visit this T-Mobile store again anytime! Recommend: HIGH

    Somebody at that store told my daughter she was eligible for stuff she wasn't and got her to commit…read morethen played stupid and offered $10 a month...that's dishonest....this isn't over...I'm contacting everybody
