Unfortunately because of traffic our model was a little late, but she was most professional, natural, and being late didn't take away from our party. Some people where shy about getting sushi from the models body, I'm sure some where grossed out but it was the talk of the night. Guest where able to request the sushi from the chef directly but it wasn't about the sushi but the experience of having it displayed.
