The food was the delicious and there was more than enough condiments and sides for my 50 guest. You do need to provide your own cups for drinks and have in hand containers for any leftovers you would like to keep. The staff was also respectful and nice. Wonderful service for my son's Eagle Court. The al pastor was 'the best' according to my buddy. I ordered enough for 120 guests, and the price was very reasonable. There was plenty of meat, toppings and drinks left over. I recommend ordering an extra tray of rice, as we ran out toward the end. Jesus was also flexible when we had to change our venue. Jesus catered my son's 2nd bday this past weekend. Overall was very happy. His spread of sides and accoutrements was SO FANTASTIC!! Salsas were delicious, his rice was a hit, everybody loved the jalapeños and onions. Yummy stuff! There was more than enough food for everyone and he left me all the leftovers which was great because party was far from over after he left. Details for the catering were all handled over the phone, very professionally. Any question I had was answered with no problem. Day of the party, they arrived promptly before the party start time, immediately began setting up and was ready to go by party start time. Not every guest showed up on time, of course so, once the serving time was up they left all remaining with no issue and the guest who arrived late were still able to make tacos. I hired Gil's for my son's 9th birthday party. We had about 30 people (mostly family) come by. Two young men showed up an hour before my event began, set up neatly, and started to grill the meat, mixed veggies, and peppers and onions. Everything smelled great but tasted even better! I ordered asada, chicken and al pastor and it was delicious. People were raving about the grilled mixed veggies and the grilled onions and jalapeños. Also, the tacos came with a ton of fixings and a tray of rice and beans on the side. The young men serving the tacos were professional, courteous and friendly. The only downside (if I can even call it that) is that if you want to keep your leftovers, you have to have somewhere to store it because they keep all of their trays. I wasn't aware and thought they'd use aluminum trays or disposable plates/trays and had to go rummaging through my cupboards to find Tupperware right before the guys finished cleaning up. All in all, the food was delicious, set up on time, clean, arranged in an aesthetically pleasing fashion, and the price was the best I found.
