Everything about Big Chef Grill was exceptional. When I requested a quote they got back in a timely manner with a detailed quote listing everything out. It included a lot of bonus information making the process very smooth. As the time got closer to the event, Agustin called to ensure any final questions were answered. The communication was wonderful. The husband and wife team created a warm and lovely experience. They arrived on time with all the equipment they needed to start cooking on site. The presentation of the food impressive and elegant with everything labeled. It was self serve and they came around to serve seconds. It was such an experience to see it all being cooked on site and the taste was delicious! I kept hearing everyone around me raving about each different meat and side. Delicious!!! Big Chef Grill catered my daughter's first birthday party last weekend and I was impressed. The food was delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful. All the sides were also amazing. Second and very importantly, the food is damn amazing. Everything they made was awesome. The ribs were fall off the bone. The steak was really, really tender and perfectly seasoned. Not bland like other grilled beef I've had. The chicken, however, was surprisingly my favorite. Very nice flavor and super tender, even though I had some white meat. The sausage was also good. I loved the cheese bread and the rice! The grilled veggies were also very good. They don't give you cheap stuff. We had asparagus, grilled peppers, and pearl onions. Too much food! I had some taste buds awaken after a long sleep when I tore into his super-savory chicken, marinated in some kind of addictive sauce that is outrageously good. The picanha steak, the prized cut in Brazil, is also superb. Chef Agustin is a stickler for the right cuts of meat, and you can taste the difference.
