My parents have been coming here for about two years, and I can confidently say this is the best…read morefamily care doctor they've ever had, especially among Vietnamese physicians. Dr. Dang is patient, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure his patients receive the care they need. My parents have several age‑related health concerns, and he has helped stabilize their conditions with consistent monitoring and thoughtful treatment. With his thorough checkups and attentive care, my parents are the healthiest they've been in years. His front office staff is also wonderful. They're professional, efficient, and truly some of the sweetest people you'll meet. I noticed some negative reviews and wanted to address them. The longer wait times happen because Dr. Dang doesn't rush appointments. He listens, he explains, and he gives real guidance. That level of care takes time. When it's your turn, he'll give you the same attention, so patience is part of the experience. As for frequent visits throughout the year, that's simply responsible medical care. Your body changes, medications need adjusting, and regular follow‑ups ensure everything is still working as intended. Some people don't seem to understand that this is how good healthcare works. If I could give more stars, I would. Highly recommend.

I would recommend Dr. Dang to anyone searching for a caring physician.

My wife and I chose Dr. Tiffany Chen after extensive research. We loved her relaxing calm demeanor…read moreand her confidence. I have taken a little while to write this review as it's been a crazy month with Covid taking its toll on the country. My wife and I are 45, and this was our 5th and final attempt to have a baby with IVF. Dr. Chen was very aware of how invested we were and took very good care of us all the way through. We decided to induce a week early on 3-8-2020. We went in on 3-7 to start the ripening of the cervix. By 10 PM on 3-8 everything was starting to move and my wife got her epidural. Dr. Chen was on a 24 hour shift and was scheduled to leave at 7 AM. We knew this and were getting anxious to have our baby and have Dr. Chen deliver her. At 7 Dr. Chen came in and said she wanted to stay a little longer after her shift because she was so invested with us and our baby. By 9 AM things were starting to move. At 9:40 our daughter got caught in the birth canal. Shoulder dystocia happens when the baby's shoulder gets caught behind the mother's pubic bone. Within seconds Dr. Chen went into action, she declared it an emergency and at least a dozen people started running into our room. I was pushed aside and five people started working on getting our baby out as quickly as possible as she was being starved of oxygen. As brief background, my sister's son had the same birth issue, but was caught in the birth canal too long. He spent 36 days at Children's Hospital after a life flight from Yakima. He almost died a couple times and we were told he would be mentally handicapped for life, etc. He turned out fine, but we were very aware of what can happen with shoulder dystocia. During this entire ordeal Dr. Chen stayed calm, while I did not, and she had our daughter out in less than a minute and a half. She immediately handed her to the emergency personnel that had ran into help and it took them a 1:45 to get her to start breathing. She had the breathing mask on and everything. The second she made her first cry our hearts started beating again. She was pulled out and resuscitated so quickly that she had zero issues despite her traumatic birth. We came to find out that Dr. Chen's office practices this technique weekly to prepare for this kind of emergency. We feel as though we owe our daughter's health to Dr. Chen. Had she not stayed almost four hours after her shift and had she not practiced this emergency procedure to the extent that she had, we feel that we would have been in the same predicament that my sister went through with an extended hospital stay and fighting to keep our baby alive. If you read this Dr. Chen, we are forever grateful for you and your attention to us. Our daughter is wonderful and we owe a lot of that to you. Thank you from the fullness of our hearts.

He's still an awesome doctor). I have been a patient of Dr. Malouf a little over two years now, after my work insurance changed & then after being laid off while on leave after being injured. Luckily I was able to carry him over and am blessed to still be able to see him. I still thank my aunt who used to be an RN and had worked the same hospital he had been at years ago for referring me to him. I am not a fan of going to the doctors, AT ALL! Especially, after finding out online, after a year, seeing my previous one, that my most recent nd long term doctor was on probation and how he pretty much decided after taking cash for services, that he was no longer going to handle my care, in the middle of it. With zero warning. Even though I was still technically under his care. This is where a good doctor definitely outshines a crappy doctor! Dr. Malouf on the other hand, has been nothing but patient, accessible, kind and friendly, which for me, means the world. Some of us have a very hard time talking about our health and vulnerabilities. While he will take the time to listen, he will also give pretty sound advice and recommendations if needed. He will treat you with respect. His office staff is great. There are times they are overbooked or busy and you might be rushed through or asked to follow up with another appointment for any secondary diagnosis due to work load, but that doesn't mean he will not follow up, nor respond to your calls or messages. He is the first doctor I have ever had that didn't make me wait a week or more for an answer to a question or concern or for important paperwork to be handled. If I needed a form filled out or anything else, he or another doctor in the group he is with at my home location were quick to help out if he were not available to do it himself. I highly recommend him.

When I come to be checked for my overall well-being, she's pretty thorough in asking questions and checking me and any symptoms. She's calm and easy-to-approach. I was seen by my doctor 30 minutes after the actual appointment time and had to wait for the nurse to come back in the room for my paperwork for 5-10 minutes. This is the longest wait time I've had for an appointment.

If Dr. B feels there is an issue needing additional diagnosis or care she and the office staff request immediate tests and referrals. In one case I had horrific pain in my neck and shoulders. The pain was so bad she referred be to an Orthopedic doctor. The result was that I had no spinal fluid in the neck area and had to have surgery. Dr. B and her assistants keep me well by providing the best & most thorough care whether it be in office care, reevaluate medications, test and phone call follow ups, etc. I also like that I see the same folks in the front and back office each time I visit and they know who I am when I walk in and Susie knows who I am when I call. If you are looking for best and personal medical care highly recommend Dr. Behazen and the staff at the Garden Grove Pathway Medical Office.

Unable to work with condition & no income for 4 months already. It looks like another few months with no income. This great Dr. has taken it upon himself to determine that qualifying for disability continuation (after he authorized it in the first place & indicated an end date long before he even referred patient to a surgeon) is not warranted when he caused the fubar in the first place. If you need a doctor that is on the ball, Dr. Theodore Rose is not it. I don't care what his credentials are or where he has worked. This whole process with him has been a nightmare.
