The reality is that I have only been treated rudely and unfairly by the clinic staff. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with me has added significant and unnecessary stress while I am already navigating postpartum recovery and caring for my baby. Patients deserve compassion and respect, not to be dismissed during an ongoing insurance investigation. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and mistreated, and I hope no other patient has to go through what I have. Response : I am disappointed by the clinic's response. My reviews reflect my actual experiences as a patient and are not "harassment." The billing issue relates to an ongoing error with OHP, and I have been instructed not to pay until it is resolved. I have never engaged in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff, and I find it concerning that such examples were suggested in connection with me. Our child I-- is autistic and previously has had treatment through Early Intervention. Our first BCBA was T-- and... Shortly after that, BT Y-- joined the team. [Fast Forward] T-- left and BCBA M-- took their place. M-- and Y-- worked very well together, but the main problem was that since M-- was remote and was kind of just another talking head on a laptop, I-- would think it was funny to turn them off. So as helpful as M-- was, it wasn't like having someone in person (I think it's important to add that Y--... Y-- is basically able to handle any situation that comes their way. Just with our kid alone, Y-- has done such a great job. I want to write them a letter of recommendation, but...) In late September of 2022 BCBA K-- took over for M--. The former was able to meet with us and Y-- in person, and it really made a difference. I-- started to improve in everything they measured; and from my observation he improved exponentially. It seemed like every other week it was like "Well, he's mastered this and he's mastered that..." It was like trying to keep up with new things for him to learn/master. K-- and Y-- working together with our son will be the reason why he'll turn out to be the wonderful human being I know he will be (and I know they see it in him too.) After a thorough evaluation we were approved for therapy and assigned individual facilitators. I was so fortunate to work with Luna, an empathetic counselor and terrific guide for my journey. We worked closely together to design a dosage and focus for my session and she was there to guide and support me throughout.
