It definitely gave us confidence, even knowing how destructive our little critters can be. Joanne was extremely responsive and most of our communication was accomplished remotely, but we also benefited greatly from visiting the office and going through fabrics. She gave us a competitive price that INCLUDED pickup and delivery, which is a rarity these days and made for an UNBEATABLE price. I wanted to buy ribbon various color sizes and types. When I walked towards the back of the store to look at the ribbon, I was flabbergasted!!! my eyes open so wide my mouth dropped open.
