Instead of having a conversation about how to get the bangs I want, she just did the wrong thing. And when I asked her to fix it she just cut some weird line that doesn't fit into my hair at all. I'm sitting in my car trying to fix it, feeling pretty crappy. I understand I was a walk-in, but next time she should say no if she's too busy to pay attention to a new client :(

I called to see if they would take me as a walk in and the nice lady told me over the phone, yes, come on in. When I arrived, I was in awe of the cleanliness and spaciousness of the beauty salon. When I looked the shop up to begin with, I thought the shop name was so cute, I decided to give it a try. The owner and I chatted while she roller set my hair. She gave me a few good tips and pointers. She also explained to me why she prefers Keratin over the relaxer. I of course asked her opinion. The shop is run on decency and in order. They don't leave you sitting under the dryer just waiting until they finish another job. Once they hear the dryer alarm go off, someone promptly comes and gets you to continue doing your hair. I like the fact that there's a big of a minimalist perspective here too. They have beautiful decor, but it's not over done like in some beauty salons. I can say I will come back again for sure. If I lived in CT., this shop would definitely be the place for me.

Ally is a sweetheart and did such a great job with my haircuts. She definitely knows her craft. I left there feeling like a new person. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Check it out.

My appointment was super quick and efficient, and the results were amazing! The rest of the staff, including Gerard, were super nice and friendly and awesome to talk to! I found this strange because Tracy and Company couldn't accommodate me in the time frame I needed and they aren't in a location that is convenient to me. Needless to say, their prices were ridiculous at $30 for a woman and $19 for a man's haircut. That's what drove us away from that business. I don't need the extra frills of a tv in the corner. Now we go to C.R. and see Roseann who is an absolute doll! She listens to what you want and follows through. The intimate setting is awesome and the customers are all very friendly. It's like stepping into a café with the warm atmosphere. I appreciate the service and now I'm paying a lot less. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE AT THIS SALON!…read more The owner Traci does NOT care, once she gets your money. I chose this salon because I followed Jessica somehow on IG and her work "appeared" good. I showed her a pic of what I wanted she said she could do it no problem and I specifically said cover the grey in the front and she completely missed the front and the color does not look like the pic. I then had to go back and have the front done and again the color NOT what I wanted. Again, looks brassy exactly what I said I did not want and it looks like I have a month of regrowth. I called the Salon Monday at noon to speak to the owner (as I was there Saturday before Easter, I knew it was busy) and got a text from the hairdresser that day. I had to request from her to have the owner call if she was the one making a decision to refund me some sort of financial refund. Traci could NOT even take two minutes out of her day to call an unhappy customer. 48 hours later she texts me that she's busy with customers and can't respond asking "what is the problem?" She couldn't even call??!!! I responded back to her with the "problems" and she never responded. As a busy nurse, it was hard enough getting there. Her unprofessionalism is despicable. Hope others do not go through the same nonsense I did. I do not live around the corner to drive out there 3 times in a week! Hope you aren't unhappy with the final product because Traci doesn't care once she has your money.
