Open junctions, inoperable outlets and switches, questionable wiring, and unfinished projects: these are some of the trappings of owning an older home. Paul came out to do an estimate on our project. I had the project bid by multiple companies. Winner's attitude, willingness to take on the project, and prompt follow up with a quote earned them the job. We had a scheduling mishap, but I won't take stars off for that. It was resolved quickly. I am super happy with the work completed. The electricians came out and worked most of the day in all areas of my home. They replaced breakers, outlets, switches, and resolved loose and unsafe wiring that was downstairs and in my garage. Winner answered my questions, and if something didn't seem right, they worked together to find the root cause of the issue rather than applying a workaround. I was so happy with the work completed, that I hired Winner back a second time, a couple weeks later, to complete the wiring to an outbuilding and reconfigure the wiring in my garage. That work was largely completed Friday - waiting on a part to finish up a couple aspects, but I'm happy with this work as well. I would use their services again, and I would recommend to others.

Per Ciara $129.00 for service call (to diagnostic) when I asked about is the company charge by hourly or flat rate. Ciara said it flat rate depend on the job. Appointment set for Friday 3/6/2026 @9:00am. The electrician Justin showed up at 8:00am. I was surprise but ok with it. When I asked again about the rate. Justin said $129.00 for 15' diagnostic and then $93.00 per 1/2 hour. I told him that not what I understand from Ciara. Since he said that it's what the company charge. Because he is already here. I decided to go with the company. Justin did a great job to remove the old fixtures and installed the new lights (which I provided the material) He quote me $583.30 (include some discount) +$129.00. Total $712.30. He did this for less than 1 hour and 30'. My complaint is that why did he charged me so much. Seems like a excessive charged for 2 installed light fixtures and less than 2 hours. No matter how you look either flat rate or hourly rate. It was too expenses. I would never use this company again. Eric never showed up, then kept making excuses about being busy and promising to be in touch soon, then stopped answering altogether and kept our deposit despite that he has done no work at all. I see that a year ago another customer reported a similar pattern for their project.

We made multiple attempts to contact him for updates on the installation but were repeatedly ignored; when he DID finally answer us, he provided no concrete information about our installation. Bryant may respond to this review by claiming he was seriously injured in an automobile accident which made it impossible for him to keep a work schedule. However, Bryant failed to meet the firm installation schedule provided in our agreement BEFORE his claimed accident. It also is important to note that Bryant apparently went on vacation BEFORE the accident and as the deadline for our installation neared.
